About the Role
Our recruitment agency is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and hardworking
Mandarin-Speaking Warehouse Operative to join their busy warehouse team in Maybrook.
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties, including loading and unloading containers, packing goods, wrapping pallets and using handheld scanners to process stock accurately.
The ideal candidate will be hardworking, reliable and comfortable carrying out physical warehouse duties as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading containers
- Wrapping and securing pallets
- Picking and packing goods
- Using handheld scanners to process stock
- Moving stock around the warehouse
- Checking goods for accuracy and damage
- Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy
- Following health and safety procedures
- Supporting the wider warehouse team when required
About You
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable
- Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to follow instructions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and good team-working skills
- Available Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
