We are looking for a friendly and reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to join ourteam at Catshill First School & Nursery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support pupils during lunchtime, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
- Assist with the smooth operation of the dining hall, encouraging good table manners and promoting healthy eating.
- Help manage outdoor playtime, ensuring pupils engage in safe and fun activities.
- Provide a caring and supportive presence for pupils, addressing any conflicts or concerns that arise.
- Work closely with other staff members to ensure a positive school environment.
- Clean the dining area and remove rubbish
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- A warm, friendly approach and a passion for working with children.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to manage situations calmly and efficiently.
- Previous experience in a school or childcare setting (desirable but not essential).
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
