We are looking for experienced and motivated Room Leaders to join a professional Early Years setting. The successful candidates will lead their room team, oversee the day-to-day provision, and ensure high standards of care, learning, development, and safeguarding for children.
You will support and guide practitioners, contribute to effective EYFS practice, and create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
Working hours: 37 hours per week
Working pattern: 4 days per week, with shifts between 7:45am and 6:00pm
