Care in Mind is seeking a Mental Health Senior Support Worker to coordinate shifts, supervise staff and lead the young person’s care team at Southfield House in Bromborough.
You will update care plans, work with the multidisciplinary team and support new staff during induction and recruitment events.
The role requires previous experience with young people with mental health needs, a proactive attitude, and willingness to undertake full training and ongoing mentoring from the clinical team.
