As a Scrub Practitioner/ Theatre Practitioner (ODP) at our hospital, you'll be focused, detail-oriented empathetic with great communication skills.
You're registered with the appropriate governing body, and you bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC or HCPC.
With post-registration experience in Scrub roles within a Theatre environment, you're a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.

- Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team
- Provide high-quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team setting
- Create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based
- Have ample opportunities for continuous growth and personal development, which can include Surgical First Assist training.
Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.
