Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant to join our Brighton based team and play a key role in our success.

Your role as a Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant

As a key part of our legal recruitment team, you will

  • Manage the entire recruitment life-cycle, from sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates, senior associates to partner level legal professionals; negotiating offers and on-boarding talent.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with the leading law firms and legal professionals, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing partnerships.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to position Henderson Scott as a leading consultancy partner across your specific legal specialism.
  • Support and mentor junior consultants, helping them develop their skills and reach their full potential.
