The RoleJoin our seasonal harvest team for the 2026 grape pick.
This is a vital role in the production of premium English sparkling wine. You will work outdoors as part of a team to harvest grapes safely, quickly, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Harvesting: Hand-pick ripe grape clusters using provided specialised snips.Quality Control: Sort and remove damaged fruit directly on the vine.
Lifting: Carry filled fruit crates (up to 15kg) to collection points at the end of vine rows.
Safety: Maintain clean, safe work rows and follow all farm safety protocols
Environment: Fully outdoor role. You must be prepared to work in all weather conditions (rain, sun, or cold). High physical fitness for continuous bending, lifting, and walking.
Gear: You must provide your own sturdy, waterproof footwear (wellies or walking boots) and wet weather clothing.
Transport: Reliable personal transport is essential due to the rural, off-bus-route vineyard locations around Hampshire. .
Experience: No prior experience needed; full on-site training and safety inductions are provided on day one.
