Are you an experienced Workshop Controller looking for your next challenge with a successful main dealership?

We're recruiting on behalf of a well‑established automotive retailer in the Brighton area for a driven and organised Workshop Controller to lead a busy aftersales operation.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional team where you'll play a key role in maximising workshop productivity, maintaining exceptional customer service, and supporting the continued success of the business.

The Role

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a workshop of six technicians, ensuring work is allocated efficiently, productivity targets are achieved, and the highest standards of quality are maintained.

Working closely with the Service Department, you'll keep the workshop running smoothly while motivating the team and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What's on Offer?

  • Monthly bonus of up to £500
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm
  • Occasional Saturday mornings (8:00am – 12:00pm) on an as‑needed basis
  • 22 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays

About You

You'll have previous experience as a Workshop Controller, Senior Technician ready to step up, or in a similar aftersales management role within a dealership environment.
