The Advocacy People in West Sussex is seeking an Advocate (multi-disciplinary) to support and represent clients who may have difficulty understanding, communicating, or participating in decisions about their care.
You will work across West Sussex and Brighton & Hove, help clients express their wishes, ensure they are considered in assessments and care planning, and liaise with partners and stakeholders to advocate effectively.
