Slinic is an award-winning, pharmacy-led weight management clinic providing personalised obesity treatment and ongoing clinical support to patients across the UK. We are expanding our prescribing team and are seeking enthusiastic Independent Prescribing Pharmacists to join us.
About the Role
As a Slinic Prescribing Pharmacist, you will be responsible for delivering safe, evidence-based obesity management services through virtual consultations and ongoing patient reviews. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting video consultations and clinical assessments
- Prescribing weight management treatments where clinically appropriate
- Reviewing patient progress and supporting long-term lifestyle change
- Completing monthly follow-up reviews and treatment optimisation
- Maintaining high standards of clinical governance and record keeping
- Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team
About You
Applicants must:
- Be registered with the GPhC as a Pharmacist
- Hold an Independent Prescriber qualification
- Have excellent communication and consultation skills
- Be confident working independently and remotely
- Have an interest in obesity management and digital healthcare innovation
Previous experience in weight management is desirable but not essential, as training and ongoing support will be provided.
