This is a temporary role and the rate is £18.85ph PAYE. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate, compliant and well-organised TUPE administration, ensuring all colleague data, documentation and contractual information is meticulously maintained throughout consultation and transfer processes.
They will keep HR systems updated to a high standard, recording contractual changes, absence and leave information with precision, and producing clear HR reports that support effective decision-making. They will work closely with the People Team Manager and People Business Partner (TUPE) to ensure statutory requirements are met, processes are auditable, and data integrity is upheld at all times.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a commitment to GDPR compliance, and the ability to manage people data confidently within a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
