Brymore Academy is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Manager to join the pastoral team.
Based in the school's pastoral office, you will lead, develop and monitor the wellbeing, attendance and behaviour support across the school to boost outcomes.
You will coordinate one-to-one and group interventions, manage student files and progress, and liaise with parents, carers and external services to ensure high-quality pastoral care for all pupils.
