Help Us Strengthen Primary Care This Winter
We are looking for an enthusiastic and patient-centred GP to join our Primary Care Network (PCN) on a six-month fixed-term contract from October to March, helping us increase clinical capacity during the busy winter period. This is a unique opportunity to work across our network of nine friendly GP practices, providing additional clinical support where it is needed most while enjoying a flexible role designed around both service need and work-life balance.
About the Role
Working alongside experienced multidisciplinary teams, you will:
- Deliver high-quality GP consultations.
- Support practices with increased winter demand - a mix of routine and urgent appointments.
- Build relationships with practice teams and patients.

- Hold full GMC registration with a licence to practise.
- Are included on the NHS England GP Performers List.
- Have experience within Somerset.
