Our client, a well-established main car dealership located in Brentford, West London, are currently recruiting for the position of Parts Advisor.

- Working week: 47.25 hours, Monday to Friday, plus Saturday rota

Duties
- As a Parts Advisor you'll provide exceptional customer service to both internal departments and external clients
- Manage parts orders, including processing purchase orders and invoicing
- Respond promptly to parts enquiries via phone and in person
- Distribute parts efficiently to the workshop and relevant departments
- Deliver parts to the workshop, ensuring stock accuracy
- Prepare relevant documentation such as delivery notes and issue sheets
- Handle, protect, and package parts to meet safety and quality standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock control processes
- Assist with stock checks and cycle counts as required
- Collaborate effectively with team members and external suppliers
Requirements as a Parts Advisor will include
- Prior experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive sector is essential
- Computer literacy, including MS Office and dealership management systems (e. g., Kerridge)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail
- A manual driving licence would be an advantage but is not essential
- Positive attitude with a team-focused approach
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and handle multiple priorities
