Summary: Bar Staff - All Bar One - Edinburgh Airport
Serving a wide range of Cocktails, Beers, Wine and Coffee’s, All Bar One Edinburgh Airport is a 250 seater, fast paced Bar & Restaurant. We are looking for experienced Bar Staff who love to work under pressure and are capable of delivering volume to a high standard. You must be able to work well as a team as well as being able to deliver exceptional customer service. Cocktail / Bar experience is preferred but not essential.
As we are in the Airport, opening hours are 4am - 10pm and shift patterns for this role are 3:30am – 12pm with regular weekend availability required. Due to Airport Security reasons, a Full 5 year background check will be carried out and a Clean Criminal Record is essential. A Passport or Drivers Licence (Full or Provisional) is essential.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for all duties on the bar such as serving, dispensing drinks for the restaurant, making Coffee's & Cocktails, cleaning, deliveries, stock rotation etc.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous Bar experience is preferred but not essential
- A Strong understanding of the English Language is required
- In house training will be given on our Service, Wine and Cocktails and a wide range of progression can be offered
