What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading the day-to-day operation of the breakfast and after-school clubs
- Creating a fun, inclusive environment where children feel safe and engaged
- Planning activities and sessions for children aged 4-11
- Building positive relationships with children, parents and school staff
- Managing resources and maintaining basic records
- Acting as the Designated Lead on site, with support from our central safeguarding and operations teams
- Ensuring high standards of safeguarding, health and safety and compliance are maintained
