Overview
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Loaders to work with a leading airline catering company in Braintree. You will support the catering operation by managing meal carts, food supplies, and equipment in a fast-paced, chilled environment while ensuring strict adherence to food safety and quality standards.
Shift Times
- 06:00am to 02:00pm
- 02:00pm to 10:00pm
Shift Pattern
Rotational shift pattern requiring flexibility to work weekends when needed.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Physically fit and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail and strong teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends
- Must successfully complete a 5-year background check, DBS check, and AVSEC training (provided)
Desirable Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, food production, or airline catering environment
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene procedures
- A proactive approach, adaptability, and willingness to learn new tasks
- Strong communication skills and good time management
Role
- Load and unload meal carts, food supplies, and equipment
- Move stock efficiently across the facility
- Prepare orders for dispatch according to operational requirements
- Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and quality
- Follow instructions accurately to ensure smooth operational flow
