We're pr hour looking for Complex Care Support Workersto join our team in Bristol, supporting clients with Brain Injuries, Cerebral Palsy, and other complex needs.
This is a rewarding role where you’ll be part of a supportive team helping someone live life to the fullest – from daily care to fun outings like bowling and meals out.
Please note: A full UK driving licence is essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing tailored care and support to meet the client’s individual needs.
- Assisting with personal care, mobility, and meal preparation.
- Administering medication and monitoring health.
- Supporting the client in the community – including social activities.
- Offering companionship and emotional support.
- Keeping accurate care records and reporting any changes.
- Working closely with healthcare professionals and family members.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in care, ideally with brain injury and challenging behaviours.
- A positive, upbeat attitude and a great sense of humour.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
- Full UK driving licence.
