About the role
As a Payments Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for processing invoices, supplier payments, employee expenses, and resolving payment-related queries.
You'll also reconcile company credit cards and travel accounts, support month-end activities, run reports in Excel, and work with stakeholders to ensure payments and procurement processes run smoothly..

Shifts: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)
The must-haves
- Accounts Payable / Purchase-to-Pay (PTP) experience including invoice processing, supplier payments, payment runs, and query resolution.
- Reconciliation experience such as supplier statements, bank accounts, credit cards, and employee expenses.
- Strong Excel skills for reporting, analysis, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data management.
- Finance Operations background with experience using systems such as Oracle, SAP, Ariba, or similar finance platforms and supporting month-end activities.
