We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to oversee the delivery of high-quality care and lead a team of Support Workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, support, and motivate a team to deliver person-centred care.
  • Develop and oversee care plans in line with CQC standards and the Care Act 2014.
  • Ensure staff compliance with health and safety, safeguarding, and organisational policies.
  • Identify training needs and promote staff development.
  • Maintain accurate records and liaise with external professionals.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in health and social care.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of the Care Act 2014, safeguarding, and CQC standards.
  • IT proficiency for communication and record-keeping.
  • Flexible to work unsociable hours.
  • UK driving licence.
