We’re excited to be recruiting a Registered Service Manager to lead our well-established 10-bedded residential service in Keighley, West Yorkshire. About the Role
As Registered Service Manager, you will:
- Lead the day-to-day running of a busy, well-established service
- Inspire, motivate and develop a large, experienced team
- Drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement
- Oversee recruitment, inductions, supervision and development
- Manage audits, reporting, and overall performance including budgets (P&L)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external professionals and stakeholders
This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment, supporting individuals with complex needs, including learning disabilities and autism. It’s a role where your leadership, resilience and passion will really shine.

Who We’re Looking For
- A current or previous CQC Registered Manager
- Strong experience within learning disabilities and autism services
- Proven ability to lead large teams and complex services
- Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Passionate about quality, compliance and team development
- A visible, approachable leader who brings energy, ideas and positivity
