We're excited to launch a brand-new housing support service across the Bradford District, delivered in partnership between Waythrough and The Bridge Project. This innovative collaboration will provide high-quality housing-related support to individuals facing a range of disadvantages, helping people to sustain tenancies, increase independence, and improve their overall wellbeing.

As the Housing Support Team Manager, you will provide leadership, direction, and operational oversight to a team of Housing Support Coordinators delivering person-centred trauma informed support across the district. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the service achieves positive outcomes for clients, meets contractual requirements, and delivers a high standard of support to those with a range of complex needs.

This is a unique opportunity to join a new service from the outset and help shape its future development. Working closely with colleagues across both Waythrough and The Bridge Project, you will support the establishment of a positive service culture, embedding best practice and ensuring a consistent, high-quality approach to service delivery.

We're looking for an experienced and motivated leader with a strong background in housing, support services, or related fields. The successful candidate will have experience of managing teams and services, including staff supervision, performance management, quality assurance, service development, and stakeholder engagement. You will be confident in leading and developing people, monitoring outcomes, managing resources effectively, and driving continuous improvement. You will also possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff and partner agencies. A commitment to empowering individuals, promoting independence, and delivering person-centred support is essential.

It is essential that you have a driving licence with access to a vehicle and business insurance for this role. A willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check is also a requirement of the post.

If you're looking for an opportunity to lead an exciting new partnership service, influence its development from the ground up, and make a meaningful difference to communities across Bradford, we'd love to hear from you.

Joining The Bridge Project means becoming part of a team that values you, your wellbeing, your growth, and your future. Alongside a rewarding career, you’ll enjoy a benefits package designed to help you thrive:
