Audit and Assurance Midwife - 15 hpw - 18 months FTC
Work with the multi-disciplinary team to update or change guidelines or policies as appropriate. Support the maternity guideline development and review processes. Where appropriate build on existing research and national guidelines to improve practice. Develop, implement, monitor, review and embed strategies and frameworks to underpin the principles of clinical governance in Womens Services. Assist with clinical governance activities and clinical risk management. Assist with investigations following clinical incidents.
