Are you a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable individual who enjoys supporting others to live independently and achieve their goals? We are looking for a Personal Assistant to provide one-to-one support to a bright, outgoing, fun, and sociable young lady who has a wide range of interests and leads an active lifestyle. She would also like someone who can provide companionship and has a good sense of fun. She enjoys building positive relationships and loves sharing her many interests, which include acting, dancing, singing, art, songwriting, reading, going to the cinema and theatre, attending youth groups, swimming, personal training, beauty treatments, and eating out.

This rewarding role involves providing community, lifestyle, appointments and a small element of independent living support. You will play an important part in helping her live life to the fullest, encouraging choice, confidence, and meaningful participation in everyday activities while promoting independent living.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, patient, adaptable, and have excellent communication skills with a positive outlook. A shared enthusiasm for getting out and about, trying new activities, and enjoying some of her interests would be a real advantage. If you enjoy building supportive relationships and helping someone make the most of every day, we would love to hear from you. If the role is offered on a self-employed basis, you will be responsible for the cost of your own DBS check. The role may be offered on an employed or self-employed basis, depending on the suitability and agreement with the employer. If the role is employed, you will be entitled to holiday pay and issued an employment contract.
