Both sites teach in mixed-age classes with an all through primary age range at both bases. Both sites are easily accessible from Bristol and Bath. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our friendly team at our Atworth base. We are seeking an experienced professional to work a split role across the week. You will lead learning for one day per week as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant and provide vital classroom support for four days as a Teaching Assistant. Alongside this, the successful candidate will support the Midday Meals Team over lunchtime. We take pride in our diverse, inclusive workforce where every single staff member plays a vital role. Working hand-in-hand with our Class Teachers and SENDCo, you will bring planned learning activities and programmes to life for our pupils, inspiring them to break barriers and communicating with parents to establish positive home/school relationships.

Palladian Academy Trust are keen to hear from candidates keen for a rewarding and purposeful career change who feel strongly about achieving equitable outcomes for all. This is a permanent contract, working 31.5 hours per week, five days a week. (23 hours as a Teaching Assistant, 6 hours as a HLTA and 2.5 hours as a MDSA per week). The post is term time only plus one Trust Development Day.
