JOB TITLE: Paramedic Practitioner
REPORTS TO: MDT Lead GP clinically, administratively to PCN Manager
HOURS: Up to 37.5 hours per week

Your Role:
Conduct telephone and face-to-face consultations for urgent or acute care patients. Assess, examine, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with undifferentiated conditions. Advise patients on medications, health promotion, and self-care strategies. Collaborate with MDT members to ensure holistic care. Undertake home visits where required. Maintain accurate patient records and participate in audits, QOF, and clinical trials.

Day shifts, MondayFriday, with flexibility for overtime and weekend availability.
