Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Paramedic Practitioner to join the Primary Care Network in Bracknell. You will conduct telephone and face-to-face consultations for urgent or acute care, assess, diagnose, and manage undifferentiated conditions, and provide medicines advice and health promotion.
You will work with the MDT, undertake home visits when required, maintain records, and contribute to audits, QOF and research.
