- Key Duties
- Carry out regular water temperature monitoring, flushing, sampling, and water hygiene inspections.
- Maintain accurate records for customer properties, assets, and water systems.
- Complete cleaning and disinfection of hot and cold water systems and cooling systems.
- Service, inspect, and maintain Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs) and shower heads.
- Diagnose faults and carry out corrective actions to achieve first-time fixes.
- Work closely with the scheduling team to ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Escalate compliance concerns, risks, and outstanding tasks in a timely manner.
- Ensure all work complies with current Legionella, water hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
- Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing is desirable.
- Plumbing experience or a plumbing background would be advantageous.
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to delivering high standards.
- Willingness to learn and develop within the water hygiene industry.
