SWRAC is seeking an experienced SENCO for a full-time maternity cover role based at Bournemouth Centre.
You will lead SEND provision, coordinate support, and ensure learners receive the necessary help to achieve positive outcomes.
You will collaborate with tutors, ELSAs, parents and external agencies to develop and review individual support plans, and participate in annual reviews and SEND policy development.
