Duties of the Parts Manager
- Lead, motivate, and develop the parts department team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
- Monitor and analyse KPIs, trends, and variances, taking corrective actions when necessary
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support team development initiatives
- Oversee high standards of customer service across face-to-face and telephone interactions

Requirements of the Parts Manager
- Proven experience in automotive parts management, ideally as a Parts Manager or Parts Supervisor
