We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, compassionate and motivated Healthcare Support Worker to join our friendly Outpatient Gynaecology Team at University Hospitals Dorset (UHD). A23 Jigsaw provides a range of specialist women's health services including Colposcopy, Post-Menopausal Bleeding, Menorrhagia, Vulval, Gynaecology Oncology and Urogynaecology clinics. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
The successful candidate will support the clinical team in providing safe and effective care for women attending outpatient appointments and procedures. We are looking for someone who is caring, organised, adaptable and able to work effectively in a busy clinical environment. Previous healthcare experience is desirable and an interest in women's health is essential.
The post is primarily based at A23 Jigsaw Gynaecology, Bournemouth Hospital, with occasional cross-site working as required. As part of UHD's transformation programme, the service is expected to relocate to the B5 Harbourside Gynaecology Unit at Poole Hospital during 2027/2028.
22 hours per week: Informal visits are welcomed and encouraged. Interview Date: 7th September 2026.
