We are currently seeking a Construction Tutor to join our dedicated team in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in construction, trades, site supervision, or vocational training who is passionate about helping young people achieve their potential. About the role: As a Construction Tutor, you will deliver practical and classroom-based construction training to learners with a range of additional learning needs. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons that develop both vocational skills and employability, helping learners prepare for further training, employment, and independent living. You will create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment where learners can build confidence while developing practical construction skills.
