Mana Education is urgently recruiting Primary Teachers to work full-time on supply across a number of primary schools in Bourne and the surrounding areas. Due to increased demand from local schools, we are particularly keen to hear from teachers who are available for full-time supply work, either in short-term cover roles or longer-term placements.
Supply teaching offers the opportunity for consistent full-time work, and many teachers go on to secure long-term placements or permanent roles within the schools they support.

Who We Are Looking For
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or have relevant UK classroom experience
- Are available for full-time supply teaching
- Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
