We are a friendly, professional and growing Managed IT Support company specialising in providing technology solutions and support to hospitality businesses across London. We work with hotels, restaurants, bars, hospitality groups and other businesses where reliable technology and professional service are essential to day-to-day operations.
We are now looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our Creative Team and help strengthen and develop our brand across both internal and external communications. This is a varied role combining DTP, presentation design, digital and print design, branding and creative development.
You will be responsible for creating clean, professional and compelling presentations using Word, Excel and, most predominantly, PowerPoint. This will make up approximately 50% of the role. Alongside your DTP responsibilities, you will be a capable designer with strong experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. You will have an understanding of branding and be able to develop creative concepts and proposals that support our growing business and position us as a leading Managed IT Support provider within London's hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with and assisting the Head Designer to ensure design requests are delivered accurately and within agreed deadlines.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders at all levels to understand communication objectives, requirements and deadlines.
- Creating high-quality presentations, proposals and business development materials using PowerPoint, InDesign, Word and Excel, while maintaining the company's corporate identity.
- Managing the production of presentations, reports, proposals and other business documents, ensuring all work is produced to a consistently high standard.
- Designing and producing a wide range of print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, guides, advertising, event materials, sales presentations, pitch documents, banners, invitations, digital assets, posters and flyers.
- Creating engaging marketing and sales collateral specifically targeted at the hospitality industry, including hotels, restaurants, bars and hospitality groups.
- Supporting the development and roll-out of the company's brand across all marketing and business materials.
- Creating branded presentations, proposals, email assets, social media graphics, internal communications, banners and other digital content.
- Working with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop creative materials that communicate our Managed IT Support services clearly and professionally.
- Maintaining and applying brand guidelines across all internal and external communications.
- Supporting the development of new creative concepts and campaigns that strengthen the company's position within the hospitality technology market.
- Exploring new creative ideas and opportunities, while ensuring all marketing collateral reflects the company's brand attributes and professional image.
- Working with external design agencies, printers and other creative suppliers where required to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Managing and maintaining the company's library of branded documents, templates and creative assets.
- Developing, modifying and sourcing imagery for projects, with strong competency in image retouching and adjustment using Adobe Photoshop.
- Managing the quality, consistency and layout of existing and newly created documents through the strict application of corporate identity guidelines.
- Helping to improve and develop PowerPoint templates, presentation standards and other visual communication tools used across the business.
- Keeping up to date with current design trends, presentation techniques and digital marketing practices relevant to the technology and hospitality sectors.
