We are pleased to present an excellent opportunity for a Vehicle Technician within a reputable dealership group in Boston. This Vehicle Technician role offers a secure career pathway with substantial earning potential, tailored for skilled automotive professionals seeking growth and stability.

  • Basic salary up to Β£42,000 with an OTE of up to Β£49,000
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with one in three Saturdays, 8:30 am to 1:00 pm
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

  • Conduct vehicle servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Perform diagnostic checks and provide accurate assessments
  • Fit manufacturer-specific equipment and components
  • Deliver excellent customer service by providing clear updates and advice
  • Assist in maintaining the high standards of the dealership group
  • Support ongoing training and development to stay current with industry updates

Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

  • Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Confident in servicing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting across various vehicle systems
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • MOT testing licence is desirable but not essential
