William Lovell Church of England Academy in the United Kingdom is seeking an on-call behavioural support coordinator to help maintain a calm, safe learning environment.
You will coordinate on-call rotas with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team and respond promptly to requests throughout the school day.
You will implement de-escalation and restorative approaches, support reintegration after incidents, and contribute to whole‑school behaviour initiatives, safeguarding, and policy adherence.
