Customer Service / Technical Support – Permanent Role
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (early finish at 2:30pm on Fridays)
We are delighted to be recruiting for a permanent position with a well-established Boston-based company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with either:
- An administration / customer service background, with the willingness to undergo full product training.
- An electrical background who is familiar with technical terminology, components and processes, and is looking to take a step into an office or customer service environment.
- Someone with previous experience in first line customer support.
About the Role
You’ll be joining a busy and friendly team, handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers, electricians and companies seeking support with technical issues. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
