Summary of responsibilities:
- Deploy security keys to end users during on-site clinics.
- Verify user identity before issuing security keys.
- Provide on-site technical support for end-users during security key deployment clinics.
- Maintain accurate records of deployed devices and security keys.#
- Monitor and report on deployment progress and technical issues.#
- Ensure adherence to company IT policies and security protocols.
- Coordinate with the project team to align with deployment schedules.
- Track and record deployment progress daily.
- Ensure all issued keys are logged against the correct user.
- Provide feedback on deployment challenges to improve processes.
- Maintain compliance with security and data protection policies.
- Maintain professional conduct and clear communication with users.
