We are seeking to recruit three HR Advisers (one Grade H and two Grade F-G) to join our HR Team. Working in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment, you will provide professional HR advice and support across a range of people matters, including employee relations, attendance management, organisational change and workforce initiatives. Depending on your skills and experience, you may also lead on complex casework, projects and policy development. This is an excellent opportunity to help shape positive workplace outcomes while developing your HR career within a supportive and collaborative team.

About You

You’ll be a HR professional with experience of providing people-focused advice and support, together with a sound understanding of employment law and HR best practice. We’re looking for individuals who are solutions-focused and customer-oriented, excellent communicators with strong relationship-building skills, confident managing a varied workload and competing priorities and experienced in employee relations casework.
