The Role
Working within a busy & dedicated team, to assist in the facilitation of audits and administration of Direct Payment funding to clients of the department.
About You
You will have excellent customer care & communication skills, be a reliable and detail-focused professional with experience in auditing Direct Payments, managing financial records, and supporting service users to meet audit requirements. Skilled in handling queries, reconciling accounts, identifying discrepancies, and assisting with debt recovery while maintaining accurate records.
