The predicted salary is between 22680 - 27720 Β£ per year.
The post holder will work as a member of the Clinical Haematology team providing administrative and clerical support to both the medical secretaries and the clinical team to ensure the smooth day to day running of the service within Complex Care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the departmental management team in delivering high quality administrative and clerical services to patients and services.
- Undertake receptionist duties including management of LE2.2 outpatients attendances, booking of follow-up appointments, ambulances and procedures in line with the department.
- Assist the medical secretaries with filing correspondence and investigation results, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Update LE2.2 tracking system to show location and current status of case notes in relation to document management.
- Request and search for case notes.
- Book interpreters for outpatient/inpatient clinic appointments.
- Prepare for daily clinic as required.
- Complete clinic outcomes and missing clinic outcomes on EPR and LE2.2.
