An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, organised, and motivated Clerical Officer to join our busy Respiratory Department at Royal Bolton Hospital.
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and organisational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
As part of our administrative team, you will provide high-quality clerical support to our clinicians, nursing staff, and patients, helping to ensure the smooth running of outpatient clinics and respiratory services.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service and wants to contribute to improving the patient experience within the NHS.
- What you'll be doing
- Managing appointments, referrals, and clinic schedules.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and updating electronic systems.
- Answering telephone and email enquiries efficiently.
- Supporting consultants, nurses, and the wider multidisciplinary team with administrative tasks.
- Ensuring patient information is handled confidentially and in line with NHS policies.

- Has previous administrative or customer service experience (NHS experience is desirable but not essential).
