We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our client's reputable main dealership in Bognor Regis, West Sussex. Duties:
- Greet customers professionally and assist with service bookings
- Manage parts enquiries and ensure accurate parts ordering
- Liaise with technicians and service team to coordinate vehicle repairs
- Provide service updates and advice regarding vehicle progress
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, invoices, and parts orders
- Ensure an efficient flow of information between customers and the workshop to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements for the Service Advisor position include:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Parts Advisor in a motor trade environment
- Strong customer-facing skills and professional attitude
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Basic automotive knowledge, particularly regarding parts and repairs
- Proficiency in relevant dealership software (e.g., parts management systems)
