Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities across the shift.
- Lead, motivate, and support production operatives to achieve output and quality targets.
- Ensure machinery is operated safely and efficiently, escalating issues when required.
- Monitor productivity, downtime, and workflow to maintain smooth operations.
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and enforce company procedures.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure production schedules are met.
- Support training and development of team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a
Production Supervisor or similar leadership role.
- Previous experience within a machinery or manufacturing environment
(printing or similar highly desirable).
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead teams across rotating shifts.
- Good communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
