This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong production and machinery background to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shift Pattern (Tri-Weekly Rotation)

Week 1

06:00 - 14:00

Week 2

14:00 - 22:00

Week 3

22:00 - 06:00

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities across the shift.
  • Lead, motivate, and support production operatives to achieve output and quality targets.
  • Ensure machinery is operated safely and efficiently, escalating issues when required.
  • Monitor productivity, downtime, and workflow to maintain smooth operations.
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety and enforce company procedures.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure production schedules are met.
  • Support training and development of team members.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a

Production Supervisor or similar leadership role.

  • Previous experience within a machinery or manufacturing environment

(printing or similar highly desirable).

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead teams across rotating shifts.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
