The role is a permanent 52‑week contract on a 15–20 hour weekly pattern, with working hours to be agreed.
The successful candidate will open/close the site, oversee maintenance, ensure health & safety, liaise with contractors, and lead the premises team to support cleaning staff and overall site wellbeing.
