As a Catering Assistant, you will be an important part of our school kitchen team, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient preparation and service of lunchtime meals. Working in a Primary or Secondary school, your duties will be varied and may include:
- Setting up the dining area
- Assisting with basic food preparation and cooking
- Serving meals
- Cleaning and washing up
- Maintaining kitchen equipment and service items to a high standard
You will take pride in providing friendly and excellent customer service to pupils and colleagues, while helping to maintain a safe, clean and efficient kitchen and dining environment.
