Join a leading collision repair centre in Blackpool. Our client, part of a renowned global collision repair network, is seeking an experienced Bodyshop Controller to oversee day-to-day workshop operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of quality.

Duties:
- Manage workshop workflow to ensure efficient vehicle repairs and timely completion
- Allocate repair jobs to technicians based on skill, capacity, and workload
- Monitor progress and update customers on repair status, maintaining excellent customer service
- Ensure repairs meet the highest standards, adhering to BS10125 accreditation requirements
- Liaise with insurance companies, parts suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth operations
- Oversee all aspects of vehicle repairs, including accident repairs, paintless dent removal, and wheel alignment
- Maintain accurate documentation, invoicing, and repair reports
- Ensure health and safety policies are followed within the workshop
- Support the team with technical guidance and performance management
- Maintain workshop tools and equipment to industry standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Workshop Controller or similar role within a collision repair environment
- Responsible for managing collision repair processes and quality standards
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- IT proficiency and experience with garage management systems
- A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
