- Lead and supervise a small team (up to 6 operatives)
- Deliver high-quality civils work (kerbing, drainage, hand-laid tarmac)
- Plan and coordinate plant, materials, and daily site activities
- Conduct briefings and maintain accurate records
- Ensure compliance with RAMS and safe working practices
- Read and interpret utility drawings and plans
Essential:
- CSCS Card, NRSWA Operative
- Full UK Driving Licence (LGV desirable)
- Ability to securely park a 3.5t vehicle
Desirable:
- SSSTS
- Small plant operation (dumper, mini excavator, roller)
- Must hold relevant valid tickets to operate machines
