Duties

  • Manage BMS projects from sales handover through to completion, ensuring delivery against scope, programme, budget and quality.
  • Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee project planning, reporting, RFIs, technical submissions and key documentation.
  • Monitor costs, variations, risks and project progress, taking action to resolve issues quickly.
  • Ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with company and site procedures.

Requirements

  • Experience managing BMS, controls or technical building services projects.
  • Background delivering projects valued around £2m–£4m or above.
  • Experience within data centres, critical infrastructure or complex commercial environments.
  • Strong knowledge of BMS systems such as Metasys, Tridium, Trend or similar.
  • Commercially aware with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Relevant site safety accreditation such as Safe Pass, CSCS or equivalent is desirable.
