This is an excellent opportunity for someone to gain valuable hands on accounting experience with strong organisational skills and an interest in pursuing a professional accounting qualification, such as AAT.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing invoices, expenses and supplier payments
- Maintaining accurate financial records and reconciliations
- Assisting with banking, cash management and account administration
- Supporting month end processes, management reporting and compliance activities
- Handling finance related queries and providing administrative support to the finance team
- Contributing to a variety of accounting and finance tasks as required
About You
- Educated to A-level standard or equivalent
- Keen to build a long-term career in finance and accounting
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to work independently, manage priorities and maintain confidentiality
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and a willingness to learn new systems
- Interested in studying towards, an accounting qualification
- Full on the job training and an opportunity to study towards professional accounting qualifications
